495 million printed pages and 145 million mails leave our plants during one year.
The service consists of mail production in the form of ordinary letters, registered letters and registered letters with receipt. For production of registered letters with receipt, we implemented an automatic system (matching system) that makes production more convenient, fast and safe. We can receive data with different formats and we are able to transform and assure any type of data output.
The received data are transferred to the print machines that “laser” the sheets and the receipt cards (variable data entry), envelope and paste the cards on the envelopes.
A statement is sent to the Client, containing data regarding the dispatch, including the addressees’ list.
During the printing process, a file is created (image copy) that can be transmitted to the clients for their record. Alternatively, they could receive paper letter copies. The documents could be viewed on the web. The electronic image could be available on CD ROMs.
